I didn't receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
Your confirmation email may sometimes end up in your junk or spam folder. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you
Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand - sometimes we change our minds too! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we're unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to offer a cancellation window in the future.

What happens once I have placed my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming that our fulfillment team has received it. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive another email notification with tracking details

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is FREE for all UK orders over £50
Standard shipping (under £50) - £2.99
Express shipping - £3.50
Next working day (orders placed before 1pm) - £6.99
How long does shipping take?
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days (delivery time)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 working days (aims for next working day)
- Guaranteed Next Working Day (orders placed before 1pm): Delivered the next working day
Please note: Shipping times exclude weekends and bank holidays. For example, if you place an order after 1pm on Friday, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Estimated shipping times do not include our processing time, which is typically 24 hours (excluding Guaranteed Next Working Day orders).

How do I make a return?
21-Day Return Policy for Full Refund
How to Return:
If you'd like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the process. To start a return, click here to contact us.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of your initial contact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages.
Please Note:
- If you received free UK shipping and wish to return your order, a £1.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If you received a free gift with your order and are returning the full order, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exempt Items:
- Personalised items
- Sale items
- For hygiene reasons the following are exempt from returns: earrings, hair accessories and socks.
Custom Orders:
- All custom orders are non-refundable. Please refer to our full policy here for more details.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return your order and place a new order for your preferred item. This is the quickest way to process your exchange.
How long until I receive my refund once I've made my return?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used at checkout.

All of our jewellery is crafted from high-quality, solid stainless steel, making it waterproof, tarnish-free, and resistant to discolouration - so it won’t turn your skin green! However, to maintain its longevity and appearance, proper aftercare is essential.

How much is shipping?
All international shipping is FREE on orders over (your currency) 150. For orders under 150, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight.
Please note: Any additional fees, such as customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine if any extra charges will apply before placing your order.

How do I make a return?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. You will have up to 20 days from the initial contact to send the item back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for any lost packages.
If there are any customs fees incurred on our end, these will be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund amount
