Returns Policy

We offer a 21-day return period for a full refund.

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of your return request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages.

If you received free UK shipping and wish to return your order, a £1.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you received a free gift with your order and are returning the full order, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Personalised & sale items are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, some items are exempt from returns, including earrings, hair accessories, and socks.
