All of our custom pieces are made to order, with a typical production time of 2–4 weeks. Please note, this does not include shipping time, which will vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

The 2–4 week turnaround is an estimate and may fluctuate during busier periods, such as holidays or sales events. While we strive to meet this timeframe, delays are sometimes unavoidable. As all custom items are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

• Final Sale: Custom pieces are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please ensure that you carefully check the sizing and measurements before placing your order.
• No Cancellations: Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.
• Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it, but cannot offer refunds.
