Ordering

I didn't receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

Your confirmation email may be in junk/spam folder. If it doesn't come through after 24hr's, contact us and we will help you with this.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return for a refund.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled & shipped, you will receive an email notification.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE for all UK orders over £50

Standard shipping (under £50) - £2.99

Express shipping - £3.50

Next working day (orders placed before 1pm) - £6.99

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping - 3-5 working days delivery

Express shipping - 1-2 working days delivery (aims for next working day)

Guaranteed next working day (orders before 1pm) - next working day

This does not include weekends or bank holidays

(EG - if you order after 1pm on Friday, it will be shipped Monday & you will receive Tuesday)

Estimated shipping times provided do not include our processing time. Our processing time is 24 hours (this does not include guaranteed next working day)

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return?

We offer 21 day returns for a full refund 

HOW TO RETURN 

​If you would like to make a return please contact us within 7 days of delivery

​Items must be returned to us within a 14-day period after your email

​Costs of return must be covered by the customer. We recommend tracked shipping as we do not take responsibility for any lost packages

PLEASE NOTE

​If the customer receives free UK shipping and they wish to return this order, the shipping cost of £1.99 will be deducted from their refund total

​If you receive a free gift and you return your full order, the free gift must also be returned. If this isn't returned, a deduction of £10 will be deducted from your refund total

EXEMPT ITEMS FROM RETURNS

All personalised & sale items are non-refundable

​Some items are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons.

PRE ORDERS

​Pre orders are refundable and start from the day of delivery. All of the above information applies

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not accept exchanges. Please return your order and re-order your preferred item. This would be the quickest way to exchange

How long until I receive my refund once I've made my return?

- Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed

​- Once your refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email

​- Please allow 2-10 business days for your refund to show in your account (this can vary depending on the payment option that you used with your purchase)

Will your jewellery turn green or tarnish? Is it waterproof?

All of our jewellery is waterproof and tarnish free. We have invested in providing our customers with highest quality jewellery. All of our jewellery is made out of solid stainless steel jewellery which is Waterproof, Tarnish Free & won't turn your fingers green! However it's important you implement the right aftercare to your jewellery.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

How much is shipping?

All international shipping is FREE for any orders over (your currency) 150

For any orders under 150, the price will be calculated at checkout based on weight

Please note: if any additional costs may occur during international shipping such as customs fees, we do not cover these payments. Please check before buying if your country will charge for this. 

How long does shipping take?

European - 2-11 working days (approx)

International - 3-17 working days (approx)

How do I make a return?

Please contact us within 7 days after the date of delivery to make a return

We allow 20 days after the 7 day contact period for the return to reach us

Return costs must be covered by the customer, we recommend using a tracked service as we do not take responsibility for any lost packages

If any customs fees need to be made on our end, these will be deducted from your refund total

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a total of £10 will be deducted from your refund total

Pre-orders

What happens once I have made a pre order?

Once you have made a pre-order you will receive two confirmation emails. You will receive your normal order confirmation email and then a second email to confirm your pre-ordered items.

When will my pre-order come back in stock?

You can find an estimated date on the product information when you pre-order your item. These are estimates only.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped once your pre order has come back in stock. We aim to ship within 24hr's. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

I ordered pre-order and non pre-order items together, how will these be shipped?

They will be shipped all together in one shipment once the pre-ordered item/s have come back in stock.

If you need the non pre-ordered item/s sooner, we recommend making two separate orders.
