90-Day Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. That’s why all purchases from Accessories Ldn come with a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering any manufacturer faults or defects.
Whats Included:
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Missing stones (due to manufacturing faults)
- Broken chains or components caused by production defects
- Premature tarnishing (that has not been caused by use of chemicals, perfumes etc)
Whats Not Covered:
- General wear and tear
- Tarnishing due to exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes or improper storage
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Lost items
Assessment & Approval:
To request a warranty review, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images of the product. In some cases, we may require the item to be returned for physical inspection.
All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Accessories Ldn. We reserve the right to refuse any claim if we determine the damage is not due to a manufacturing fault or if the product shows signs of misuse or improper care.
If a product is found to be defective under warranty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our sole discretion.
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed as faulty. If the product is deemed faulty, we will refund your shipping fee. Customer must keep there proof of postage to provide to our customer service team, otherwise we will not be able to to refund the cost.
